The first week is about tolerance, not results. Your skin is meeting six new products and a new rhythm, and the only job of week one is to learn how it responds. Keep a note on your phone. Three lines a night is enough: what you used, how it felt, anything you noticed.
Day 1 to 3
Start with the cleanser, moisturizer and SPF only. Morning and night. The powder cleanser feels unfamiliar at first; use more water than you think and keep the circles slow. Skin should feel clean but not tight. If it feels tight, you used too much powder or the water was too hot.
Day 4 to 7
Add the pigmentation serum, three drops on damp skin, morning and night. A faint warmth for a minute is normal with niacinamide. Stinging that lasts is not; if that happens, drop to once a day for the rest of the week. Hold the exfoliant and the mask until week two.
What is normal
Skin that looks slightly flatter or less glowy for a few days as it adjusts to a fragrance-free routine. A small breakout where you used to apply something heavier. Mild dryness around the nose if you were over-cleansing before.
What means stop
Persistent stinging, redness that lasts more than an hour, or any swelling. Stop the newest product, keep the others, and email us. On deeper skin an irritation that is pushed through becomes a mark, and the whole point is fewer marks.
Nothing visible changes in week one. That is expected. Write it down anyway.
