Returns. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If anything arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, free.

Is it safe for sensitive, melanin-rich skin?
It was chosen for it. No added perfume, no essential oils, no high-strength acids. Patch test behind the ear for 48 hours before first full use, as with anything new.
When will it arrive?
Every order is made to order and usually leaves us within 2–5 business days, then arrives 2–5 business days later anywhere in the US.
What if it doesn’t suit my skin?
Patch test first. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, and anything that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced free. If a product irritates your skin, stop using it and email us; we will help you find what to use instead.
